Another personal piece... if you don't like these, I'm sorry? ^^;

This year has been so crazy so far... I've been drawing it to help keep me sane. Anyhow, it represents several things... and if you know me well, it shouldn't be so hard to figure out.

To those who don't know, I am not an artist, I am a musician. Music is all I live, drink, breathe... and in a few months I will have the degree to prove it. :) It is ironic that I had never drawn a music picture before here...

I want a flute that glows. o_o I have about 30 flutes which aren't my main instrument that I enjoy playing, so I created a 'generic' representation of my music with this starry flute.

This pic is also a good reference of Snow, if you ever wanted to draw me. ^^; A white wolf, yes, but her coat is like the snow and ice she embodies. It glitters in the light, and tends to reflect the colors around her when it is darker. The pendant around her neck is a Star, and within it shines the first snowflake of Winter.

The title is from the DKC soundtrack I am listening to...

I could have done so much more with this (like fix the lighting... does this cave have indoor lamps or what?) but I got tired. Enjoy... :)

WOW, that is such a beautiful picture. I love the glowing bits everywhere, the shine on the wolf's fur... just... I'm awestruck with this piece, it's truly fantastic and greatly deserving of a fav, yes yes... keep it up! <3

Wow, awesome work, the glow on the fur is amazing. And the picture looks so calm, even with what looks like a snow storm going on in the backgroud^^

Wow! What a very beautiful picture! I enjoy this a lot! I like music a lot too but between drawing and music, I just can't choose. Music inspires me to draw, espically my Metallica.

A beautiful image! The use of color here is amazing, capturing some really neat details (such as glowing marks and areas that appear to be glittering in the soft light). Very well done ^_^
