Okami is my favorite game ever... :heart: :heart: :heart: so of course I had to make sure I submitted something to the contest! :) Exciting!

Here, Okami Amaterasu appears to paint her story and light onto a darkening world. :3

The style of Okami was... really hard for me. x_x I'm in awe of all the entries that mimic it perfectly! But I was really inspired by the concept art for the game's version of River of the Heavens... so pretty. The entire journey is a truly peaceful, 'feel-good' game.

Realistic Amaterasu doesn't have her reflector because, ah... more people have to believe in her to see it? ^_^;

Now that my front page is basically Okami, I guess it's time to submit something else...

definitely a 'feel good game. also, i agree, my favorite game ever!<3!! there's just something about the game and its concept and story that brings a sort of inner peace, especially when restoring nature is in the game.

I really adore the concept behind this! It's much like a Bev Doolittle painting, with the way Ammy's face blends into the mountains on the inset painting. Beautiful~
