Ok let's see - we have an image hosted on a profile that is 1 day old and asks you to visit a website with a strange url with a promise of a financial reward on an another website. How do you even imagine  that would work? And now, of course, people start crying that their computers got infected with malware. Which is great - every genius who fell for this obvious phishing scam  deserved it. I hope your shitty computer burns and you along with it.
I know this is a no-duh for 90% of people reading it but for the sake of the rest lets revise what we all should know about online phishig. And before you go all:

Bronies go nuts, and Nintendo Sucks?Equestria Girls
The trailer to "Equestria Girls" (the humanized MLP spinoff film) finally was released today. Aaaannnd everyone's freaking out. Again.
You know, it actually looks pretty decent. Bronies... please understand: I know you're a major unexpected demographic for the show. I know you enjoy seeing shout-out's become canon within the show, and appreciate how the creators do little things here and there for you. But... the show isn't made for you. This is not Cartoon Network and the target demographic isn't 25 year olds in college. You're a nice addition to the target demographic of little girls, but you are not the driving force behind MLP.
I don't want this to sound mean, but it needs to be said. This is where it becomes very important to understand the fine line between being a fan of the show and thinking that because you've invested so much energy into the show that you're entitled to things.
I'm sure the movie won't be as bad as everyone makes it out to be. It honest

Opinions are a Dangerous thing: Art StylesThis isn't about narking on anyone no, infact this is just my own muses really! You could say this is a journal for ENCOURAGEMENT! *SHINES*
I find sticking to one style restrictive if you are a beginning/moderate artist! (even professionals I might say! though I can't speak for everyone)
Having a distinctive look on how your art is done and produced is understandable and its a desire to appear unique to the point some one can just SEE your work and instantly think 'Oh! that's Ten-days!' or something along the line. However, when you are trying to find who you are and what kind of art you are to produce, I recommend trying, well, a lot of different things! Different styles, mixing styles, different colouring techinque, brushes, tools, shading. Don't feel dependant on what you are already doing and don't feel pressured by people just for trying new things!
Push out of your comfort zone. Can't draw hands? don't avoid it! draw the heck out of them! (how else are you going to learn?)

Four years really does fly / Ask Snow

So... I'm officially done with college. :blink: All my requirements are fufilled, all the paperwork turned in... all I have to do is walk onto a stage in April!

Wow, I have a Bachelor of Music degree. It feels kind of weird. :) But now I'm highly qualified to read meters or flip burgers! Woo! :music:  Anyways, I'll be spending the rest of the semester gigging around, I suppose.

Unrelated, I started that "Ask Snow a Question!" thing over in my DA forum... those are always interesting, and it might be easier with a forum while I have one. :heart:

One more thing, I'm FINALLY getting around to responding to my last journal replies. Thank you so much for them... and also for all you new watchers and +favoriters, hi and thank you for stopping by! :heart:

Congrats. I might go into music. I might go into art. I might go into writing. I am really not too sure what I want to do. I know I want to go into something I will feel good about later.

Dont you just love stages? They always seem to make good memories. That performance well done, that sectional held on the stage that put the finishing touches on your solo, knowing that one day you will walk across a stage and get that piece of paper that declares you a master in one subject or another. Yes, good memories come from a stage...

You do hear mixed reviews depending on what person you talk to, but I loved college, and so do most other people I know in it. ;) It's not my literal piece of paper degree that'll help me so much as the experience and knowledge I've gained... though when orchestras look at my resume, it'll definitely help to have that degree listed when they consider letting me apply or not. ;)
